Isn’t a well-planned kitchen a joy? Enough work space, necessities within arm’s reach, organized storage, good circulation, practical surfaces…it really is the sum of its parts.⁠

What do you consider to be the most important part

As Ontario opens up a bit, I see more joy in my IG feed: more smiles, more weekend plans, more ahhh moments⁠

It starts with a quick burst of inspiration – for me, it’s often fabric. This geometric cut velvet set the tone for a colour scheme of deep peacock blue and silvery taupe, brightened with champagne bronze. ⁠

This is the perfect backdrop

After a relaxed weekend, my Mondays often feel overwhelming. To spur me into action, I often use the Pomodoro method. It’s a series of time blocks, designed to maximize work time and focus. ⁠
